Services
AI consulting that fits how your business already operates. From strategy through to working systems.
AI Advisory
Ongoing strategic guidance for businesses that need AI leadership without the cost of a full-time hire. We work alongside your team on a monthly retainer to develop your AI roadmap, evaluate tools, set governance frameworks, and oversee implementation.
Think of it as a fractional Chief AI Officer. Someone who understands your business, your systems, and your constraints, and helps you make the right moves at the right pace.
- AI strategy and roadmap development
- Tool evaluation and recommendation
- Acceptable use policies and governance
- Implementation oversight and vendor management
- Staff enablement and change management
AI Readiness Assessment
A structured deep-dive into your current systems, data, and workflows. We identify where AI can deliver genuine value, where you're not ready yet, and what needs to happen first.
You get a scored assessment, a prioritised roadmap, and clear next steps. Not a 60-page report that sits in a drawer.

Implementation
We build and deploy AI workflows, configure tools, and integrate with your existing platforms. Working systems, not reports.
Ongoing advisory
Monthly retainer for ongoing AI strategy, tool evaluation, governance, and team enablement. Like a fractional Chief AI Officer.
Not every business needs every step. Some start with a workshop and find that's enough. Others want a full assessment and implementation. We'll help you figure out what makes sense.
How we work
We deliver strategy, implementation, and enablement through a single engagement. One relationship replaces the need for separate strategy consultants, developers, and trainers.
Every engagement follows three phases:
Strategy
Discovery, opportunity identification, and roadmap. We understand your business before we recommend anything.
Implementation
Building, configuring, and integrating. Working systems, not slide decks.
Enablement
Knowledge transfer, training, and handover. The goal is your team's self-sufficiency, not ongoing dependency.
Common questions
How is this different from hiring an IT consultant?
Most IT consultants understand infrastructure but not AI strategy. We bridge the gap between your existing technology stack and what AI makes possible. We understand file servers, email, ERP, compliance, and backup alongside AI. That means advice grounded in what's actually deployable in your environment, not theoretical possibilities.
Do you sell AI software?
No. We're vendor-neutral. We help you evaluate and choose the right tools for your situation, whether that's ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or something industry-specific. We don't take commissions or resell software.
What size business do you work with?
Typically 5 to 200 people. Small enough that AI needs to deliver practical value quickly, large enough that there are real workflows to improve. The advisory model scales from a few hours a month for smaller firms to a day a week for larger organisations.
What does a typical engagement look like?
It usually starts with a conversation to understand your situation. From there, it might be a readiness assessment, a workshop for your team, or an advisory retainer. We don't push a one-size-fits-all package. Some businesses need strategy. Some need implementation. Most need a bit of both.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. AI handles the repetitive cognitive work that eats your team's week: drafting, summarising, reviewing, formatting, researching. Your people still make the decisions, maintain the relationships, and apply the expertise. AI gets the admin off their plate so they can do more of the work that actually matters.
What if we've already tried AI and it didn't work?
That's common. Most businesses try AI without a framework for getting good output, or they experiment once and give up when the results are generic. The gap between a cool demo and production use is real. That's exactly the gap we help close.
